You’re not just raising a family. You’re shaping a legacy.

The responsibilities you bear aren't just the day-to-day. It’s generational. The unseen labor of love, the silent expectations, the emotional currents that shape your home.

You hold it all. And that’s exactly why you need to hold yourself first.

Because when a mother shifts, her entire lineage shifts with her.

Grounding or centering myself through mediation or journaling, coffee & some affirmations, movement that feels empowering “letting my intuition guide my priorities”

Daily Rituals:

Reading or listening to an audiobook, running, yoga, in deep conversation over coffee (family dinner is few and far between for us :P), cheering my kids on from sidelines of a field or inside a rink, sipping champagne with my husband or friends .

You can find me:

Forcing yourself or your family.

I'm NOT about:

Leadership that starts with your own energy and integrity.  Deciding upon and upholding firm boundaries.

I believe in:

I started to understand that my presence—not my perfection—was the greatest gift I could give my family. That when I was grounded and more aligned, everything else in my home shifted. That my role as a mother wasn’t just about keeping everyone afloat, it's about nurturing the energy that defines our home.

That’s when everything changed.

Now, I help other women step into their own transformation—not through more effort, but through deeper embodiment.

But At some point, I realized: It wasn’t just about my stress. It was about what I was passing down.

You’ve always been a high achiever, always known for handling it all. But somewhere along the way, motherhood became more about surviving than thriving. You love your children deeply, but you also feel... disconnected. From yourself. From your power. From the life you thought you were building.  I get it.  I've been there.  It's my story too.

They are safe, they are loved, they are enough

Intuition and Trust
A mother’s intuition is powerful—but only when she trusts it. Learning to listen to your inner knowing changes how you lead, love, and live.

Safety and Openness
Real transformation happens in spaces where we feel safe to be fully seen. When we cultivate emotional safety, we create the conditions for deeper connection.

Radical Responsibility for Energy
Your energy shapes everything—your home, your relationships, your legacy. Owning it is the deepest form of leadership.

My Core

VALUES:

My Core Values

Self-Compassion and Joy
You don’t have to earn joy. When you choose self-compassion, you soften into your humanity—and create space for joy to flourish.

Depth and Connection
Life isn’t meant to be lived at surface level. The richest moments come from presence, truth, and relationships built on real understanding.

"This work is the reason I don’t feel like I’m failing anymore. The reason I don’t snap at my husband over nothing. The reason I finally feel like myself again."

What does the journey

LOOK LIKE?

Our work together is embracing a way of being that goes beyond survival, beyond stress management, beyond just getting through the day.

It’s about becoming a steadfast, deeply rooted, JOYFUL presence—for yourself, for your family, for the generations that come after you.

Here’s what’s POSSIBLE:

The
Modern Matriarch Manifesto

She holds a deep reverence for her role as a matriarch—humbled by the gift, the honor, and the responsibility of it.

She knows her worth.
She knows her power.
She embodies who she is and what she stands for with intention.

She honors her values and upholds her boundaries lovingly and consistently.

She prioritizes her energy, knowing it shapes everything—her home, her people, and the legacy she is creating. She takes radical responsibility for this.

She owns her feminine power.

She allows herself to receive, understanding that true giving comes from fullness, not depletion.

She rests.
She plays.
She pauses for joy.
She allows herself to feel it all.

She mothers herself first, knowing that when she is nurtured, she can nurture more deeply.

She is connected to her body and soul, listens to what she needs, and trusts herself to provide it.

She is her own best mother.

She knows she is part of the Divine—always guided, always supported. She is never alone.

She is a creative force, here to birth life into all things—children, projects, communities, and movements.

She holds a high vision for her family and those she loves—and then surrenders to its unfolding.

She is deeply intuitive and fiercely trusts her inner guidance.

She knows that everything she needs is already inside her. And she is not afraid to do the deep work to uncover it.

She is strong.

She is unafraid of the dark or the fire—because she knows:

From the dark (the womb), new life emerges. Darkness is potential. It holds deep wisdom.

From the fire of suffering, gold and even diamonds are forged. She embraces this alchemy—integrating her soul to become more authentic, more alive, and infinitely free.

She believes in alchemy and knows she is magic.

She is a vessel that can transform and transmute anything into love.

She holds the highest vibration of love for her people—because she deeply loves herself.

She recognizes that competition does not exist—it is a construct of the mind. She is connected to her heart and serves from that place, regardless of external circumstances.

She does not fear her own light. In fact, she knows it is her duty to shine—not to outshine others, but to lead and give permission for those around her to shine just as brightly.

She does not cling or grasp, because she knows she is always receiving. In turn, she remains open to both giving and receiving freely—especially love.

She is a pillar of strength, carrying the essence of elegance and grace.

She honors her body, deeply and reverently.

She embraces all of herself—her light, her shadows, her darkness.

She makes joy her job in service of lifting her people to the same vibration.

The question is—are you doing it with intention?  If you’re ready to step into more presence, power, and ease…
